We will be conducting a scheduled system upgrade to improve our central banking services. This will lead to a temporary downtime of some of our products in approximately 4 hours.
The following services will be temporarily affected in both Sweden and Norway:
- Crypto: The ability to buy and sell crypto will be disabled. Customers attempting transactions will receive an error message. - Top-up: Any top-ups made during the upgrade will be delayed but will be processed once the upgrade is complete. - International Transfers: International transfers may experience issues. - Accounts: Applying for a Lunar account will not be possible. - Swish: Swish services may experience issues.
