Bank Central Transfer Delays

We have received notification from our bank central regarding a major incident affecting both ingoing and outgoing transfers from approximately 23:15 PM to 01:15 AM.

Incoming Transfers: All incoming will have been delayed and not received until after 01:15 AM.

Outgoing Transfers: Outgoings sent in that period will not have completed before later. The spike of outgoings starting at 01:15 AM was done at 01:45 AM, so we will assume all was back to normal at 01:45 AM for outgoing transfers.

Incoming MobilePay transfers: Incoming Mobilepays might experience delays if they were sent within that timeframe. We’ve reached out to our bank central about this issue, and we assume the delay is causing these transfers to appear on the customer's account later, potentially by Monday morning.
